Museum Volunteers
The PCHS museum is open Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM. If you’d like to work any volunteer hours as a docent, please contact Arleigh Ordoyne at 770-748-4828 or stop by the museum.

Research Library Volunteers
The PCHS research library is open Thursday 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM and by appointment. If you’d like to work any volunteer hours sorting, filing, etc. please contact Jane Thompson at 770-546-3157 or stop by the library.

Museum Admission

MEMBERS: free

KIDS 12 & under: free

NON-MEMBERS: $3.00

Research Library: Free for independent research. Our volunteers will research for you at the rate of $20 for 2 hours.

Polk County Historical Society e-gift cards can be used on admission, membership, research fees, gift shop merchandise, fundraisers, and events.
