PECAN RECIPES WANTED

As we had to forego our planned Christmas Concert in 2020, we decided a great new endeavor would be to sell pecans. Our very first pecan fundraiser was a great success thanks to everyone who purchased our wonderful Georgia nuts, sold to family & friends, or got the word out to the community!

However, we do still have more than 5 cases of pecan pieces left over. We really wanted to host a baking contest, but with the current pandemic restrictions it is not an option. Therefore, we came up with the idea of putting together a Pecan Recipe booklet that will be available in our gift shop in early fall, before our 2021 nuts arrive.

If you’d like to enter a recipe, you can do so by purchasing a bag of nuts ($12) from the museum gift shop and you’ll receive a form to return to us. As a thank you, we’re offering up to three additional bags at a discounted price ($10 each) and you’re welcome to submit up to 3 more recipes. Every recipe submitted guarantees a free recipe booklet when they’re available!

Let’s be creative and come up with some wonderful and varying recipes!
